FIRST-TIME HOME BUYER INCENTIVE

First-time buyers looking to purchase under $500,000 may be interested in this new government incentive program which launched in September 2019. By accepting a 5 or 10% shared equity contribution from the government, buyers may qualify for a higher mortgage amount because of reduced monthly payments.
